By using the LAXMI website and our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the LAXMI website and services.

2. Description of Services

LAXMI offers consulting services for luxury Made in Italy furniture:

Personalized Consulting

Expert guidance in selecting Italian luxury furniture based on your needs and preferences.

Interior Styling

Design and aesthetic coordination services for your spaces.

Boutique Reselling

Sale of a curated selection of Made in Italy luxury furniture.

Manufacturer Mediation

Facilitating connections with the best high-end Italian manufacturers.

Specific services, costs, and timelines are agreed individually with each client.

3. Consulting Process

The client contacts us via the website form or email to express their interest.

We arrange a meeting (in-person or virtual) to understand the client's needs and preferences.

We present a personalized proposal with suggested services and related costs.

Confirmation and contract

Once the proposal is accepted, a formal contract is drawn up defining all the details of the engagement.

We deliver the agreed services according to the established timelines.

4. Payments and Invoicing

Payment terms are defined in the individual contract with each client. In general:

  • Payments may be required in advance, in installments, or upon completion, depending on the service
  • Invoices are issued in compliance with Italian tax regulations
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and credit card
  • In case of late payment, LAXMI reserves the right to suspend services

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

For Consumers (B2C)

Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without providing any reason and without penalty, provided that service execution has not already begun with your explicit consent. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a written communication to thelaxmii07@gmail.com.

For Business Clients (B2B)

Cancellation conditions for business clients are defined in the individual contract.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created by LAXMI as part of consulting services (moodboards, projects, presentations, etc.) remain the intellectual property of LAXMI until full payment is completed. Once payment is completed, materials specifically created for the client are licensed for non-exclusive use by the client. The client may not resell, transfer, or commercially use the materials without prior written consent from LAXMI.

7. Limitation of Liability

LAXMI is committed to providing professional, high-quality consulting services. However: - Advice given is based on available information and professional experience - LAXMI does not guarantee specific results from applying the advice provided - LAXMI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services - LAXMI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - For product purchases through third parties, warranties are those provided by the respective manufacturers/sellers

8. Confidentiality

LAXMI commits to maintaining maximum confidentiality regarding all information received from clients during consultation. The client, in turn, agrees not to disclose confidential information about suppliers, prices, or professional contacts shared by LAXMI, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Website Use

When using our website, the user agrees to:

  • Not use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the site
  • Not interfere with the site's operation
  • Provide accurate information in contact forms
  • Respect intellectual property rights

10. Changes to Terms

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
